The AILA group rate is $195 for single/double, plus taxes. Each additional person (18 years and older) is $25 per person, per night. There’s no charge for children under 18 years. The maximum room occupancy is 4.

To reserve a room at any of the Disney Resorts, call 1‑407‑939‑4686 and refer to the American Immigration Lawyers Group Rate. Disney Reservation is open Monday‑Friday 8:30 am‑6:00 pm (ET) and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 am‑5:00 pm (ET). You can also reserve online at https://mydisneygroup.com/aila2023
You will need all room occupant names and ages when making a reservation at one of the Disney Resorts. If you have children under 18 years staying with you, please do not include them in the total guest count until you get to the section for entering names and ages. If you include them in the guest count initially, you will be charged $35 for the additional persons. For further details on booking your stay with children, please review the instructions.
Disney Resort benefits are included in the group rate. Once a reservation with a Disney Resort of your choice has been made, create your profile at www.waltdisneyworld.com to access other Disney Resort benefits and start planning your trip. You can also download a mobile app “My Disney Experience”. Discounted Disney Park tickets are available online or by calling 1‑407‑939‑4686.
One night’s deposit of room and tax is required at the time of the reservation at all AILA hotels. The deposit is fully refundable if cancelled 72 hours prior to the arrival date at the Gaylord Palms Resort and 5 days prior to the arrival date at the Disney Resorts. Hotel reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Rooms at the AILA rate will sell out before the deadline, so we advise you to make your reservation as early as possible. AILA will not be able to get additional rooms at the AILA rate after the AILA block of rooms fills up. The specially discounted AILA group rate has been contracted for room nights reserved from June 20–24, 2023, only. The AILA group rate is not guaranteed for any other dates and will be based on availability.
*Please note the 2023 AILA Annual Conference will be held at the headquarters hotel, the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center.

COVID INFORMATION and POLICIES
Effective January 1, 2023, AILA will no longer require proof of vaccination status to attend the AILA in-person conferences, meetings, or events. Mask-wearing is encouraged but will be optional. Please act responsibly and with consideration for the health and safety of others by following these guidelines.
- The CDC continues to recommend that people stay up to date on COVID vaccinations.
- Registrants agree not to attend the conference if they develop COVID or experience COVID-like symptoms within 5 days of the first day of the conference.
- Registrants also agree not to attend the meeting if they are exposed to someone with COVID or COVID-like symptoms within 5 days of the first day of the conference.
- If a registrant attends the meeting between 6 and 10 days after last testing positive for COVID or experiencing COVID-like symptoms, or being exposed to someone with COVID or COVID-like symptoms, the registrant must wear a mask at the AILA meeting.

AILA reserves the right to re-impose COVID restrictions as recommended by the CDC, in the event that the risk or incidence of COVID increases prior to the meeting.
